This policy explains how dAIrector handles personal data in connection with this website (dairector.io). It is written to be clear and honest rather than exhaustive. If anything is unclear, email hello@dairector.io.

dAIrector BV is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and acts as the data controller. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@dairector.io.

What we collect

• -Demo / contact requests. When you submit the "Book a demo" form we collect the name, work email, company and message you provide, so we can respond.
• -Server logs. Our hosting records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time, pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
• -No tracking cookies. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not profile you. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use form data only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo (our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any agreement). We use server logs for security and to keep the site running (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted processors:

• -Formspree delivers the demo-request form to us by email. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• -Google Cloud hosts the website (Cloud Run). See Google Cloud's privacy notice.
• -Google Fonts serves the site's fonts; your browser requests them from Google when the page loads.

Some processors are based outside the EEA. Where that applies, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and, if it leads to a relationship, for the duration of that relationship. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Using the dAIrector product

This policy covers the marketing website. The dAIrector product (app.dairector.io) is provided to customers under a separate agreement. In the product, content your team enters into a case is processed only to deliver the service to you; where AI model providers are used, they are the ones you or we configure for your account, and a human approves the decisions. Enterprise customers are covered by a dedicated data processing agreement.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@dairector.io. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
